What an incredible start to the season it has been for our club community!

Our recent Open Day was a huge success, with so many new and returning faces coming down to see what our club is all about. A massive thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to make the day such a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Our patrolling members are also approaching an impressive milestone — nearly two months of patrols completed already! Thank you to every volunteer who continues to give up their time to keep our beaches safe. Your commitment and dedication to the community does not go unnoticed.

Excitement is also building as Nippers return to the beach on Sunday 31st May! We cannot wait to see our young members back on the sand, learning new skills, building confidence, and having fun with their friends.

Our BBQ will also kick off from 31st May and is a fantastic fundraiser for the club. Whether you are helping behind the BBQ or simply grabbing a bite to eat, every sausage sold helps support our programs, equipment, and club activities throughout the season.

You can definitely feel the Ironman buzz around town at the moment, and it is creating plenty of excitement within the surf sports and ocean community. If watching all the action has inspired you and you are interested in helping with water safety, we would love to hear from you. Water safety plays a vital role in keeping our athletes safe during training and events, and it is a fantastic way to get involved in club life.
